There were a lot of people saying it had to go down 3 years ago. There were lots of guys saying it was going to go down 5 years ago. I can never remember a time when there weren't people saying it was going down. It hasn't went down any here, actually an auction 2 weeks ago set new highs for my area. I don't think we ever got to the overvalued areas a lot of places did here. I don't have any idea what the price is going to do, I do know there are several farms I will buy if they sell. I'm not planning on flipping a farm if I buy it anyway, so as long as I can make the payments I don't worry about the price, I am pretty sure it will be worth more when my kids or grandkids sell it.
