you can probably judge land prices better by the farmers that sell you grain more so then anything.
Throw 7% interest against cost of the land -to figure per acre-
$10,000 ground-$700 a year-$5000 -$350 a year-$3,000 @$210 a year-now take that against 80 acres-
if you can swing that $350 interest payment-you Know where to be a bidder-the ground will always be for sale-somewhere
