I would guess it is because the last few years have been very good in your area. I don't think it has as much to do with the grounds capability as it does with how much money the neighboring farmers have. It seems like it also only takes 2 or 3 guys that want to buy the ground at any price and the price will go up. We have had about 3 big buyers for the last few years and our values seemed to be way over priced compared to some other areas. Now it seems like we have lost 2 of our big buyers and possible all 3 of the biggest buyers and all of a sudden we have way more no sales then we do sales. |
