midwest | cd's been working great the last two years. much better than losing the principle in newly purchased land or high dollar iron. or 4k bred heifers.
3 years ago I was the brides maid at a land auction, I quit when the farm hit one million, boy was someone looking out for me that day, that would be an easy 200k devalue today.
we are in deflation....... admit it early and avoid the rush
