Any area that still has open ground piles that are getting cleaned up before they go out of condition worse than they already have will be under pressure on the basis I would think. After seeing pictures of corn piles surrounded by water in a large area I just don't see that they will have to push things for awhile to attract corn. Could just be a local regional thing however.
