South central Minnesota

"This is using old history to look forward, there TONS of old history dating back to the early 1900's I was lucky enough to have found/given an order for MPL wheat in March 1929 "Bought 1 M $1.292" Here too a farmer/producer BUYING, pushing 100 years of farmers SPECULATING. The person how gave this to me can find NO record of this farmer. After great crash of 29 wheat went under .40****"

how can you assume it was a farmer/producer if records can't be found of this person? Why can't it be a person working on the behalf of a company or broker? Seems like a large amount, 1/800th of the total wheat production in 1928 in the us and I'd like to here how much that would represent of the durum wheat crop at the time. Any farmer that large would be talked about even today.
