Red River Valley | there is some risk premium in the Dec16 IMO
some of that risk premium is in the futures structure ( 32 cents of carry ) but at this time no wheat market has a lot of risk premium built into it.
for now export demand and carryover tells the market not to bid risk premium in to Wheat.
to me Dec. Jan. Feb. are not real good months to sell options Unless you can get a drought going in SA or Aussyland | |
