Would tend to agree with you AJ. There is a lot of grain moving and the basis is backing off in many markets as buyer gain good coverage. It went pretty much as I said it would. The basis rallied, then the spreads come in and now futures have rallied..... Mind you not near as much as many here would like to see but I think that is the the nature of the beast with ending stocks to use back comfortably above the 10% level. Now I'm thinking the spreads move back out as basis chops sideways. It would seem to me that price is not a big part of a supply driven market.... Basis and spreads are. Can't remember the last time I heard the "demand driven market" line.
