Don't be in a hurry to remove the no-till coulters until you have used the planter on your ground. Don't run the coulter deeper than the seed opener. It will be trial and error until you get it set for your type of soil and conditions. If they are frame mounted coulters they will work in sod. If they are unit mounted be careful not to put too much down force on the closing wheels as it will lift the no-till coulter out of the ground on hard packed soil. I have custom no-tilled with a 7200 for a long time. I've planted in rocks, sandy loam, shale, wet and dry conditions each take a different setup.
