I added diff locks to my truck. I was changing rear-end ratios anyways, so got the gears and carrier with locking diffs. Depending on how old your truck is, you may have to notch out a place where the carrier bolts into. You also need to get a new axle with longer splines for the collar to slide on. I didn't think it was a huge project.
