North Central Kansas | Thank you for all the responses, fellas. It appears as if there is no true consensus, and I'll have to do a little more homework, which is fine.
When I do find a planter I like, what are some things to look for in making sure it's a quality machine? I'm starting from ground zero here - how do I know sprockets and chains are good, or that the vaccuum seals properly, that the guts of each planting unit aren't worn, etc.?
Again, I'm a planter newbie, so any help at all is very much appreciated. | |
