| I drive an '06 Ford F250 crew cab (4door) with the short bed (approx. 6'). Parking isn't bad, I've been in a few lots where it was a struggle to get lined up, but definitely nowhere have I had to make a 12-point-turn to get in. I wouldn't trade the few headaches for tons of space any day! Nice to have the back seat for storing things (mostly junk), hauling groceries, locking things up, etc.
If I remember right, when I was shopping I read or heard somewhere that the Ford CrewCab short beds had a 10inch longer wheel-base than the reg. cab-long beds and the extended cab-short beds. | |
