Not with the right equipment. 1 back hoe, 1 operator, 1 laser, 1 person on the grade rod and time. It can be done. What do you think they use to did house basement and hog barns with and they supposed to be .00000. So a .1 with a backhoe isn't a problem but will take some time. The easy fix is just fix it where it's at but when it's done it's only going to be 16" deep. How you going to fix that??? Fix it again?? I've talked to people in the rrv and told them all I have is a .10 and they told me that was like ski slope up there. And to the thefarmers what does he have for slope. I don't know and you don't know either. It's a place to start. If it's 1 precent slope it's not a problem if it -.10 than a problem. If it was mine this is what I would do.
