E.Central MN | What a stupid program. It should have been black and white, FSA should have looked at what county a parcel of land is in and then used the payment rate for that county for that parcel. Parcels that were split by county line should have been pro-rated by the number of acres in each county times the payment for each county. Why even design a program that allows farmers to cherry pick based on which FSA office they signed up with to start with? | |
