Land has really seemed to back off by me. Some land that sold for $6,400 an acre 2 years ago couldn't get a bid to start it at $4,100 an acre. It was not sold. That is over a 35% drop and they didn't even have a bid at that. About 10 miles away there were some sales over $8,000 an acre and now there are a couple of sales around $5,000 an acre within a couple of miles of those $8,000 sales. the $5,000 an acre land is better than the $8,000 land was.
