And, Ross, lay of the land is almost as important as yield.  I'd custom farm a flat square 160 for a LOT less $/acre than 160 acres that require the planter & sprayer to fold 7 times and the bean head to be trailered 4 times, and the grain cart to cross a creek half a mile from the truck, and is full of stupid ditches because the previous operator drove up and down the waterways instead of fixing them and keeping trees from growing up in them.
