Buxton ND | Had a chat at church with a person that works at the a local Co-op. Very little moving to town off the farm, pretty fair chuck moving to end users thru local Co-op's./commercials. Dropping the carry to .06/ little pop in basis is get-er-done and making the bushels move.
Talked with a local buyer his basis to -.30 off the March (rolling to H very shortly) may pop his basis a nickel over that on a 100k lot.
If ones need cash by years ends,,, kinda thinking it would best NOT to late to the last minute. If you've been thinking on locking in some basis, think alittle harder. | |
