Ellsworth, Wisconsin | Currently my dad has a dodge minivan that he uses as a daily driver. We also have a 97 chevy 3/4 ton 350 gas. The 3/4 only gets used to plow snow and pull our 18' featherlite alumium gooseneck and pull hay wagons. We hire our feeder cattle trucked to and from market. The only time the cattle trailer gets used is to move cattle to and from pasture. The longest haul is a mile one way. The truck maybe gets 15 miles a year put on it with the trailer.
Could we sell the van and the 3/4 ton gas and buy an ecodiesel for him to use as a daily driver and put a gooseneck ball in it and put a plow on it? We don't commercially plow put we do plow out some neighbors. we some times plow almost all day keeping up with the snow.
Just wondering what you guys that have had ecodiesels for a while think? Could it do it? | |
