If you are trying to apply maintenance rates of P and K liquid is just too expensive. Liquid will work just as well and may be easier to handle and meter but not enough to overcome the price difference. Depending on whether you use DAP or MAP, dry P will run you around $.52-$.55 per # of P. Liquid P in the form of 10-34-0 will cost you about $.85 per # of P at a minimum. I'm sure the story with K is just as bad or worse.
