50-50 is fine the problem I see in that as a land owner is that so much of the labor comes from tec. that is in the seed and the chemcials and I am expeted to pay for half of the . the renter spends less time on my farm every year jmo
A good bit of why farmers spend less and less time every year on each acre is because the machinery is bigger and better. The tenant pays for all of that, you failed to acknowledge. |
