sw ontario | As poster above said "tech" today changes a lot. 40 yrs. ago things were much different as ground was fall plowed, cultivated/disked 3 times in spring , thistles ,quackgrass spot sprayed , soybeans band sprayed over the row , 2-3 inter row cultivation and then harvest to elevator..... today ,spray RR ,no til soys, spray RR again ,combine,elevator brings truck to field.....so used to be 60% LL and 40% Tenant, Fertilizer and sometimes seed split, what is fair now? I like cash rent and even that should be paid 100% up front | |
