Oh really? When you buy your parts at the dealership go try to buy parts at NAPA or the truck shop, you will get charged tax there. Same goes for used equipment. Buy a bag or 10 of lawn seed at the hardware store, you will be charged tax. If you're a landscaper, you will pay tax on your fertilizer and chemicals. Not if you're a farmer. That's how things are HERE, maybe different where you are. | |
