Blunt ramification,
Slow E grind 10% that's 500 mb added to the carry-over = uglier
Coastal end users,,,,,,,,,,,,, they will hold their hand high in the air saying "pick-one"
World producers,,, hey the US boys wanna store (later 1970's) we'll just plant more.
Like I've said before really hard to store our self out of over-production.
What are the ramifications?
