A bean processing plant isn't really an "end user".
The plant doesn't really use up anything. They're just going to be shipping out SBM and soy oil instead of the current deal of shipping out whole soybeans.
Instead of a shipping a 100 car train of soybeans out of South Dakota you'll be able to ship out 73 cars of SBM, 18 cars of oil and 5 cars full of soy hull pellets.
This plant will likely help your basis some just because it will shrink the crush margin the plants have a little bit but the transportation costs to move the end products isn't any less than it was to move the soybeans.
Livestock are real end users of soy products and SD in general is still very anti modern livestock.
