If the Cargills, ADMs and Bunges of the world receive 1% fm (foriegn matter) corn from a rural elevator, you can bet it will have the maximum allowable fm when it leaves their facility. And that fm will consist of spoiled grain, dirt, or whatever is on hand and cheap!
