It's already started. Local elevator has to cover receiving pits when not unloading. "HAACP" (Google it).
Also affected Valero ethanol plant because they sell DDGS. Trucks have to certify that the trailer has either hauled corn the previous 3 loads, or that the trailer was thoroughly washed out.
