What do most people define as a small, medium, large, and MEGA Dairy?

Everything in my head tells me the larger you get the more economies of scale you achieve therefore the more "efficient" you become. Now, my head may just be filled with mush (and probably is) so I need help at how you arrive at "small-medium size dairies are the most efficient" (in Wisconsin).

And I certainly agree wholeheartedly with this statement:

"Manipulated currency exchanges, creation of fiat money and free trade agreements all play in and is no different than throwing gasoline on the fire."

Thanks in advance.
