Your right and that's the problem. Crop insurance took out some of the risk and now it has taken out the profits. Remove the risk and eventually you will remove the profits. If that 90 percent signs the dotted line today, 89 percent of them will loose their butts. Crop insurance won't cover inputs anymore, that ship has sailed.
