Oh, they will notice. The worst quality corn I've ever seen here came by train from somewhere back east. I heard yesterday that a grain buyer brought in a couple hundred thousand extra bushels of corn off the rail to add to their ground pile here locally because they know if they wait until March to bring it in they will get some of the kind of stuff pictured above. Buying in the fall gets clean corn. The end users do notice. |
