He also has cheaper co paid health insurance with his company. He has a pension so he can retire along with his 401k. He has x number of vacation and sick days off he can use during the summer. He has maternity leave if his wife has a baby. He doesn't live an hour and a half from a crappy mall and target. His kids get more money from the state to put his kids through high school then rural students receive. And his kids can enroll in more activities and sports after school. House market isn't much different now a days then the rural areas. They charge an arm and a leg for rural electricity these days. In other words the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. I wouldn't feel embarrassed taking a vacation from a supplier if it where given to me.
