| Two 800+ cow dairy farms did the bidding on the ground. The top bidder will be trading the ground with a local grain farmer for ground close to their dairy. The grain farmer bought the house on this farm a couple years ago. I'm am guessing this is how it will play out time will tell. I believe that the grain farmer and the dairy farm that came in second in the bidding both had ground that adjoined the property. | |
