E.Central MN | While your last statement is true, I think the number of farmers using that technology will be much more in line with other industries, ie I think we'll be in an environment with a small # of mega farms raising most of the commodity crops and that production will be grown under contract with processing plants. If contract pricing isn't profitable then they certainly aren't going to farm fence row to fence row, doesn't matter how many starving people there are to feed around the world. But on the flip side I'm sure they'll set aside land to build Agri-Entertainment parks for the masses to visit with petting zoos and tractors to ride, etc. | |
