The smaller dairy producer got labeled "inefficient" because of being unable to compete with illegal alien labor and the attractiveness of a corn/bean payout every year, the abilty to work only 3 months a year and sit on the arse the rest of the time. The small and midsize dairy is and always will be the most "efficient" use of soil and land in Wisconsin. Manipulated currency exchanges, creation of fiat money and free trade agreements all play in and is no different than throwing gasoline on the fire.
