If corn is going to come from the western corn belt into IL and IN or even further east, you will need to see an additional 20ish cent rally in basis to make that work. The railroads are working to get competitive going that direction because of a lack of PNW export demand and Mexican export demand being lackluster. I do believe you will see some corn move east. Those rates are not published and will likely be private contract rates that will be hard to put together a perfect picture with.
