If flex is what you want, oughta consider an gleaner or massey 9250. been running 1 on a flagship for 3 years. love it. Hydraulic down pressure, flex SCH cutterbar, tilt. Only thing not good is on the wider heads the flex cutterbar really snips the reel teeth. Be nice if it had the twin reel like the Mac Dons.


We looked into that. The $9000 adapter scared us. We didn't want to be SOL if we didn't like the header. Did you buy this set up new? What did your adapter cost? What size of header? Be really nice to get some more info. Always heard the cutter bars were flimsy but don't know first hand.
