Land sales have slowed down here a bit, family auctioneer had a sale last week, and this week that neither sold, could not make it to the reserve. That's a big change from last year.
Some owners with high expectations set a pretty high reserve ,be it machinery or land sellers should advertize reserve price ahead of time as bidders put a lot of time/energy into it for naught |
