sw ontario | Just crazy ,especially like Ben and others pointed out on what rental returns he wants/expects. Maybe everyone needs too farm less rental acres and own more of there land as there was a reason families came to America as they were tired of being peasents AND TENANT FARMERS....the mentality of renting land, leasing machinery,doing cheaper than cost custom work (because i own the machine already) in a declining market environment isn't going to end well | |
