Southern Illinois | Looks like land may finally be starting to drop in some areas. I'm sure this farm would have brought more a year or two ago.

In parts of Southern IL ground that's not near as productive is still bringing just as much if not more than this. Piece not too far from me brought $15,000/ac a few weeks ago on public auction. | |
