He can be a bullish as he wants, says whatever (remember he's playing with someone else money) his "agriculture real estate investment trust" which he gets a % management fee whether land goes up or down.
Tara made a comment below about not really following land goodies to close right now.
For me I could care less what land prices are doing (yeah that's blunt/bush) I'm saving my money and just sitting back and watching the show UN-fold. | |
