I'd recommend Kent 34% baby beef with rumensin or something similar for calves that size. https://kentfeeds.com/products/commercial-animals/beef/feedlot/suppl...
I would be worried about getting the straight rumensin (like you checked into) mixed thoroughly so no calves get too much or too little.
