In your graphic below that consists of four maps of the US showing various blue & red areas seperated by isolines corresponding to the different combinations of AMO & PDO what are the red & blue areas represent? Rainfall or temperature?
Just to be sure I'm following you, we're currently in C, AMO+PDO+ and your contention is that we may shift to which phase next? And the consequences will be?
