We just got a tile trencher. We are debating using laser control or using our rtk Trimble units for NMEA and getting intellislope on our integra.
Now what I want to do is first make an adruino slope meter for pitching the boot when first starting runs. If that works, it would be great to create intellislope lite. Survey at least the start and end of tile runs and calculate and control constant slope based off of rtk elevation. Maximize unique slope, and hopefully more consistent slope for each run.
The get it to display min and max depths. Then some day optimize each segment of a tile run....but I am getting carried away!
I may need to pick your brain!
