Had a good week...wrapped up harvest and lost 4 pounds to boot.  Going to get 4 days of rain this week, so will have a lot of time to catch up on book work.  it will be different having food close all day, but will have the help of my wife in making sure that I stay on track.  She is a great help in fixing the right things that I like to eat that are good for me.  She is also on the journey of losing weight with me  and has lost six pounds so far. Hope everyone had a good week and many thanks to Von for his post that helped get me motivated.
