I noticed it happened to be in the news the last day or two, but if you read much in aviation circles it's been an issue for a long time and not necessarily something that's really out of the normal recently.  Fairly problematic to deal with it in the windows of an airliner.  Only good thing is, when the d-bags who do this actually get caught they don't get a slap on the wrist, they go to the slammer.



NYC news helicopter got lasered the other day. They hung around to film the perp getting cuffed & stuffed.
