When is it enough land. Maybe it's jealousy ,but 20000 to 30000 acres no wonder young person can't start farming. Like me . Just get pushed out picture.
Fits right in to the mentality of the younger generation. I'm going to quote a section of a blog I read on the internet that probably fits appropriately....
"Contrary to what you've heard, there's nothing unique about you, there's nothing special about you, and you are not the future. Our world is not dependent on you yet. There are a whole lot of people ahead of you that got started five, ten years ago, that are not just gonna sit down and lay down and get out of the way for you." - Rush Limbaugh - ( I don't care if you don't like him, he has a point here.)
So, my question to you: There are plenty of guys that have been farming 10-20 years, might be 35-45 years old, that have also waited patiently for their opportunities. What makes "young persons" think they get to go to the front of the line? |
