The high school has a breakfast for the veterans at 8:00. Then at 8:30 there is an assembly in the gym. The main speaker is usually a retired military person. The band plays the songs of the different branches of the service. When your branch is played they ask you to stand. They also have a table where you can put pictures of yourself or family members.
