Talk to your taxman FIRST, more so if you have never taken a loan before.
I agree, the grain you have binned this fall, just keep it condition and have patience.
And it may be June or later until you find a market to sell into.
A CCC loan is a good option, but only if you need the money. If you are having a bad year, just
leave it at that.
A word of advice, if you are needing a CCC grain loan for income in 2015, check with your FSA office.
They need at least 2 weeks to get those loans processed, so think Dec. 1st. |
