having been around industrial equipment for years "yes " it is possible to have a hyd cart .

many things are run by hydraulisc that require more power than a cart , a cat excavator is one thing that comes to mind.

is it a pratical idea with hydraulics that a farm tractor has ----i dont know that answer .

the newer 4wds that run planters and air seeders would be capable -imo.
