| First off I am very aware of what happened in the 80"s. I started farming in 83. I saw first hand what happened to my folks during that time. I can tell you that virtually no one saw it coming. That's what bothers me about todays buzz. Everyone knows it's coming. Chances are what everyone knows isn't worth knowing.
I will admit that there are a few similarities but I'm not convinced all the stars are aligned just right to make it happen. My bet is something that no one has thought of yet will be our demise, however, there is just as good of a chance that things will get better. Never forget our big Uncle's printing presses. That's what really gave us our few years of prosperity. | |
