Got it. Post below says it all, IMHO. If you had a large crop and you can lock up -17 CZ and have till July to lock futures, sounds like a good deal. Maybe buy a march at the money put to let you sleep at night and roll it to July before expiry. Not sure on cost but risk/reward deal if you take 70% advance.
